I saw a Stihl 460 with my own eyes

After it clipped the front porch real good, I finally put an end to the massive mulberry that constantly threatened my house. The guys that dropped it did a thoroughly professional job, then left me to do the clean up - its a lot cheaper that way and I have plenty of friends that could use good mulberry fire wood. Well, I got as far as I could and cut up a decent pile of wood, but when I got the trunk I was done. Over ten feet long and a good thirty inches thick - just too much for my good 'ol Stihl MS 270. So... I asked around.

When the guys came to help with some clean (in exchange for free firewood), one of 'em had a saw I drooled over - a Stihl MS 460. Wow, what a saw! I didn't get to use it... which made me sad... but it was a joy to just watch that sucker slice through thirty inches of green mulberry as easily as I would cut through twelve inches of hackberry. It was amazing.

I thought about getting one... until I looked at the price. That thing'd cut through my savings faster than it'd cut through wood.
